This hotel is located in the heart of Golden Temple area. You can walk to the temple or travel by taxi or Tuk-Tuk. the hotel is opposite to the golden temple, and the view from the rooftop is amazing. the staff is helpful, and they ensure the cleanliness of the bathroom is maintained. the breakfast is delicious, and there are many facilities to enjoy.

Some aspects of the hotel, such as the noise at nights, can disturb your sleep.

Good base for trip in Amritsar. It was truly a perfect stay. Taste the food in gurdasram jalebi wale, you only need to walk 900 feet to reach it...

As someone on a pilgrimage trip, this hotel couldn't have been in a better location. It was right next to the Golden Temple and I could walk there early in the morning or late at night. It even had a back route in an otherwise padestrian area that the hotel car could reach right till the hotel. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a good selection of food. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped arrange transportation to visit all the places of interest within this city.

The hotel is near the Golden Temple. The Golden Temple is a very peaceful holy place.

First of all, hotel staff is very unfriendly. Nobody smiled during my stay. I had to pay for a full extra night, because i checked in a few hours earlier. I requested to charge me for the few hours, but they said that that i have to pay for a full day, 2.000 INR extra. Restaurant closed early at 8 pm. The first 2 days my room was not cleaned. Bed sheets were very dust with dirty spots. Tv cable was not working. I called Housekeeping to bring some soap and towels, but they never brought it. I called Roomservice for tea and snacks, the snacks was sold out, but they didnt informed me or ask me for a replacement. I booked a Deluxe Room, and paid for it, but they gave me a Standard Room. Hot water in the bathroom is not hot enough.

The rooms shown in the photos are not the standard rooms the rooms are too smaller than expected and not worth for your money. There is no tax of 19.1% (they are charging this to the persons booking on this website only) actual tax is 4.1% only and they have displayed the same on there reception counter also. On asking them how can they charge taxes more than the law the reply was "15% is commission paid to booking .com"

Great location, very close to the Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh. The staff was friendly and helpful, willing to help us with all of our needs. The rooms were spacious and clean, with hot water and AC that worked well. The breakfast had a good variety and was served hot.

The WiFi connectivity could be improved as it was intermittent, and the ventilation in the rooms could be better. Some of the approach roads were narrow and had heavy traffic, making it challenging to get in and out with a car.

Breakfast was very pathetic. Although it was mentioned on the site that breakfast is included--- the choice of the meals and behaviour of the staff was pathetic.There was no Wi-Fi, no refrigrator in room, although again mentioned on the site. The parking was not provided, and one has to park on the street hoping that it will not be taken by policemen or at paid government parking which was way too far from the hotels. At the end I would like to mention that the hotel information on site is falsely pretended.

Great location near major attractions and good dining options nearby. Rooms were comfortable and spacious.

Cj international is under construction and useless in service. THEY DO CONSIDER MONEY NOT HUMAN VALUE. BETTER DO NOT SUGGEST ANY MORE TO CJ INTERNATIONAL

Since locationwise the place is best but their service is worst. FOR PAYMENT OF RS.3500 WE HAVE GOT NO BENEFIT

Location, walking distance to Golden temple.

The price is high for what it is, the bathtub is broken, and the boiler is leaking water. Most of the staff just want tips and only do thing for you when they can sure get the money form you.

Since we wanted to visit golden temple twice I e in the daytime & night, only location is what we were looking at. The location of the hotel is excellent however for all the other aspects were very poor
